CIITTA and FGV Europe economic mission in Cameroun between Dec 7th and and 14th

During Dec 7th to 14th the Brazil-Cameroon Chamber of Commerce, together with the Civil Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Cameroon and CCIMA, brought the director of international projects of FGV EUROPE and also president of CIITTA, Mr. Cleber Guarany.

With extensive experience in project development in Africa, Mr. Guarany is a great ally for the development of the country’s agribusiness sector.

These were busy days, with many meetings that involved the Prime Minister Joseph Dion Ngute, the Minister Director of the Civil Office of the Presidency of the Republic, Mr. Samuel Ayolo, the Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Gabriel Mbairobe, the Minister of Fisheries, Livestock and Animal Industry, Dr. Taïga, the Investment Promotion Agency API, Mr. Boma and other entities such as CAPEF (President Mr. Mindjos), CVUC (President Mr. Tamba), FAO, community representatives and mayors, as well as private companies.

During the meetings, we discussed with government representatives the development of agricultural projects to increase local productivity and improve the country’s food security.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Embassy of Brazil in Yaoundé, and the Embassy of Cameroun in Brazil also supported us in this initiative.
